We take great care in curating unique, pre-loved items and aim to describe and photograph each piece as accurately as possible.

• Items not functioning as originally intended (unless otherwise stated as working) - To Request a Return:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, including photos and a description of the issue. We may request the item be returned before issuing a refund or exchange.
Vintage Item Disclaimer
Please note that all vintage items sold are pre-owned and will show signs of age and wear consistent with their history. This may include minor imperfections, patina, or other characteristics that add to their unique charm.
While we describe each item to the best of our ability, photos form an essential part of the description and should be carefully reviewed before purchase. If you have any questions or require further details, please feel free to contact us.
All vintage items are sold as-is, and we do not accept returns based on condition issues already noted in the description or visible in the photographs.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 69 High Street, Northcote, VIC 3070.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
