Orders and Shipping
We will ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it. AusPost delivery times are approximately 2 – 4 business days depending on where you live.

We will send you an email when your order has been shipped. This will contain an Australia Post tracking link that you can use to track your order.
No. Your credit card card information will not be kept on file. Your payment information is collected securely and not retained within our website, Stripe or PayPal. Encrypted credit card information is stored within Stripe or PayPal for the purposes of processing refunds.
No. We do not charge GST.
We are able to ship to countries outside Australia subject to your approval for a quote for postage to your location.
Yes, your items will all come in one package, unless you make subsequent orders and these are shipped separately.
If you need to swap an item

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will refund items if it is faulty (and not as described on our website).
Please get in touch with us at hello@cotobohtrading.com.au ASAP. We will arrange to get the right item sent to you and include a satchel for return of the wrong item.

We are usually able to change or cancel you order after you have submitted provided you email us at hello@cotobohtrading.com.au within 3 hours of submitting your order.
Most of our products are one-off pieces, for this reason you are unable to pre-order an item that is sold out.
