Hand carved wooden trinket box

Hand-carved wooden trinket box in excellent condition. A nicely hand-turned circular box with a smooth varnished interior.

The lid is hand carved with fan and geometric designs inside geometrick wings. In the cenre of the lid is a light wood finial.

The box has characteristics similar to boxes made in former Yugoslavia. The date of production is likely the 1960s or 1970s.

The box is in excellent clean condition and would make a suitable gift.
